How long will my carpet take to dry?

Up to 24 hours. In most cases it will be dry in 4-6 hours. This depends on the humidity, temperature of the home, the density of the fiber and how soiled the carpet is. To speed drying use fans, open windows 2-3 inches in (rooms cleaned), turn on heater (70-72 degrees).

Can I walk on the carpet after cleaning?

We recommend you don't walk on damp carpet, to prevent premature resoiling. Please keep pets and children off wet carpet until dry. Remember walking from a wet carpet onto a hard surface can be very slippery!

What is this "No-Brainer" Program?

You get every other cleaning for 1/2 price and the 6th cleaning Free. We ask you to do one thing: Apply Carpet Protector after each cleaning. This is not a contract we do it all on the honor system. Please see the "No-Brainer" section of the website for details

Do you move furniture?

Yes. With Platinum Premier or Gold Healthy Home price package we move most furniture. We DO NOT move breakables, electronics, hutches, desks, entertainment centers, or anything that may break or cause us to accidentally break something if moved, or anything heavy.

Do you clean furniture?

Yes. We are IICRC Certified professional upholstery cleaners. Save an additional 10% off if you add a sofa, loveseat or two chairs.

Can you remove pet odor and stains?

In some cases the stain may be permanent, but we can take care of the odor in most cases. This would be an additional charge.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning process?

No. You are welcome to leave after the paperwork has been signed and we are paid. Unless we have made other arrangements. Our technicians are IICRC Certified and insured and are employees of Crystal Clean Carpets NOT sub-contractors.

How long does it take to clean the carpet?

Depending on how large the room is, about 10-30 minutes per room.

Do you pre-spot?

All pre-spotting, pre-spraying, pre-conditioning of all traffic areas and spots is included with the price of your cleaning.

Do you offer carpet spot dyeing?

No

What do I do if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Please give us 48 hours notice. You can schedule an appointment as far in advance as you would like.

How often do I need to clean my carpet?

Every 6-12 months for multi resident homes with pets and at least once per year for single resident homes.

Do I need to Vacuum before cleaning?

Yes this will remove excess pet hair and dry soil.
